  • When will my order ship?

    Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for processing time. You will receive an email to let you know your order has shipped and is on its way to you!

    Lunarlilt is a one-woman run business. Its just me handling all the behind the scenes stuff, so I thank you for your patience ♡

    If I am experiencing a rare delay in shipping or I am away, I do my best to share a notification on my website and / or Instagram page to keep you updated.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary dependant on location. I am shipping out of Canada through my local postal service. Most items will arrive within 5-14 business days of being sent out if you are in Canada or the USA.

    I cannot accurately provide estimates for international shipping but I have been shipping worldwide for years and have almost never had packages greatly delayed.

  • Can you send me the tracking number for my order?

    At checkout you have the option to purchase tracked shipping on most items. (Some items, like original paintings, come with tracking included in the purchase price and some items, like stickers, don’t allow a tracking option - this is detailed in the listing info of those items).

    If you did not choose the tracked shipping option at checkout, there will be no tracking number associated with your order. If you would like to be able to check the progress of your shipment, please purchase tracked shipping when checking out.

  • Do you ship using eco-friendly materials?

    Yes, almost all of my packaging is recycled. I save old boxes and packing paper and if I am purchasing new items I purchase post-consumer recycled content.

    I limit plastic usage to the very minimum (only using it where it is necessary to protect your orders from water damage) and the plastic that I do use is recycled plastic to ensure I am not the cause of any new plastic entering into the environment.

    Overall I am very mindful of my impact on the earth and create my art to honour nature so I make sure to be very conscious of what materials I am using when creating, packaging and shipping.

  • What about returns, changes to my order or cancellations?

    Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once placed. Please review your order before purchasing. Orders are final sale. No refunds or returns are offered.

    I ship worldwide, so yes I do!
