Tattoo Permit
I am honoured when someone chooses to carry my art with them in the form of a tattoo and I am very grateful for your support of my work. Thank you. This permit grants you the right to tattoo one of my existing art designs or written works. One tattoo is permitted per purchase. If you would like multiple tattoos of my work, feel free to purchase multiple permits.
A PDF file granting rights to tattoo one of my creations will be sent to you via email. If you would like to also have a print of the art piece sent, choose the option ‘with print’ in the dropdown menu below. This option includes an 8 x 8” / 8 x 10” print which will be sent to you for your enjoyment and can also be used for reference by the tattoo artist. *Shipping address is always required at checkout but will only be used if you choose the ‘with print’ option.
Please Note:
Your PDF will be sent to you within 5 business days of purchase and if you chose to receive a physical print it will be shipped out to you on the Monday following your purchase.
Designs commissioned by a third-party and sold-out designs listed in the ‘designs’ section of my shop are not eligible for use with the tattoo permit (if you are interested in a design listed in the ‘design’ section of my shop that is not yet sold out, you may purchase designs listed there to gain the rights to tattoo it).
Most of my art is eligible with the tattoo permit, please email chelseaskye@lunarlilt.com if you are unsure if your chosen design is eligible for tattoo use and would like to confirm.
If you happen to purchase the permit for a design that is not available for tattooing, you will be fully refunded.
If you choose the ‘with print’ option and the art piece you are tattooing is a limited edition print, you will be refunded for the print portion of your payment and a print will not be sent.
If you are looking for a custom tattoo design rather than the permit, please complete the form on this page. When we work together to create your custom design, you will not be required to purchase a tattoo permit as the rights will be granted to you already.
